Congratulations to The Black ButterFly Foundation

At our final meeting of the year on Tuesday, October 13, we had the privilege of hearing about three local charities: Habitat for Humanity, the BlackButterFly Foundation and Hope Haven. This truly never gets old! The donations for this quarter will be going to the BlackButterFly Foundation. It was founded by Angel Ryan in memory of her daughter Christina Ryan-Henegar who lost her life in November of last year following a fire. She had a devotion to her community and passion for the arts. The goal of the foundation is to achieve higher esteem in children through education, the arts, social and cultural instruction. Visit their website to learn more about the BlackButterfly Foundation.

If you were not able to attend the meeting or send your $100 check with a friend, please mail it as soon as possible to 404 Meritta Ave, Beaufort 29902.

Thanks ladies, it has been quite a year and I give thanks for each one of you!
