100 Women Who Care Beaufort Nomination Form

Only members of 100 Women Who Care are allowed to nominate an organization. Members do not need to actively participate in the organization they are nominating. However, they must be members in good standing for one meeting before nominating an organization.

Members can choose whether to give the presentation themselves or ask the organization’s Executive Director or a Board Member to do it. The names of the members and presenters must be on the application. If there are more than three nominations, a random draw will occur before the meeting to determine the three nominations, with an alternate. All presenters must follow the guidelines on our website.

We require that you use our online nomination form, which you can access here.  Here are other requirements for nominating organizations and using the form:

  1. New nominations must be submitted two weeks before each quarterly meeting. Previously submitted nominations must be submitted one week before each quarterly meeting.
  2. If you’ve previously submitted a form, a new one is required before the meeting if information has changed.

You can e-mail the nomination form to 100wwcbeaufort@gmail.com or send it via mail to P.O. Box 2579, Beaufort, SC 29901.

Only three nominations will be presented at each meeting. If your organization was presented and not chosen to receive funds, your organization will be guaranteed a spot at one future meeting.

Here are some tips on making an effective presentation if you’re selected.
