On February 4, 2025, Members and Recipients of 100 Women Who Care Beaufort celebrated our Tenth Anniversary milestone with a luncheon held at Sea Island Presbyterian Church. Jeneane Ryan, the organization’s founder, will have a brick placed in her honor in the walkway of HELP of Beaufort’s new building.
Our January 14th meeting marked ten years since the Beaufort Chapter of 100WWC began. The meeting was opened by founder Jeneane Ryan.
We heard presentations from Becky Terry (left) for the Historic Beaufort Foundation and Sandy Dimke for the St. Helena Gullah Housing Project. The organization chosen was the St. Helena Gullah Housing Project.
At our October meeting, members heard presentations from Ann Munger (The Helianthus Project), Barbara Berry (Lowcountry Legal Volunteers), and Karen McDowell (Extra Mile Club.)
Voting revealed that the organization chosen to receive funds was Lowcountry Legal Volunteers.
